This book is meant as an introduction to fundamental physics for first year university students that aren't interested in going too deep with it; such as biomedical students. Common name for such subjects are 'Physics 1: Fundamentals', 'Physics 101', 'Introduction Physics' and 'Physics for Biomedical Students'.
What I really like about this book is the crystal clear explanation that is easy to understand. Not to mention highly comprehensive, covering almost everything in the typical high school physics syllabus and much more, so you can cherry pick the bits you're doing in school.
The maths used in this book is all algebraic so no calculus involved, so the math aren't too complicated and can be read by high school students who's familiar with maths.
A highly enjoyable read, and if you want your physics level to fly through the roof while you're in high school, I'd highly recommend getting one and check it out!
